NEW: THE ENDOGENOUS DEVELOPMENT MAGAZINE
When we started the Compas Magazine eight years ago endogenous development was a new concept, but over the years we have met more and more organisations working from the endogenous development perspective. However, for more people to benefit from the approach we believe it is important to engage in strategic dialogues with critics and non-network members as well. We mark this new challenge with the Endogenous Development Magazine that hopefully will contribute to mainstreaming the endogenous development approach.
A new name
In the hope of joining strengths with other organistions we have chosen a new name for the magazine, so that it will not be associated only with the COMPAS network.
Contributions
We explicitly invite people to actively participate in the Endogenous Development Magazine. If you are interested in contributing, please contact Claire Boonzaaijer for more information or download the instructions for authors
Further reading
With every transformation, some good things are gained but some might also be lost. We appreciate that the Compas Magazine provided a platform for readers to publish new ideas and learn from each others' experiences. We greatly value this learning-platform and would like to maintain it in another form. Therefore we invite you to join the email discussion list. If you are interested in reading more on endogenous development, publications are available on this website. If you are interested in publishing on endogenous development on this website, please contact us.
Subscriptions
The six-monthly Endogenous Development Magazine is free of charge for those interested in the role of culture, indigenous knowledge and worldviews in rural development. Please subscribe to the Endogenous Development Magazine.
